my  thoughts  about the breeder scene

It is since long time a need for me, my thoughts about the Maine Coon scene .to write. But I have it repeatedly postponed. Motivation to do it but now, was, a debate in a French forum for cat breeders and friends. About this talk myself made me attention a breeder, by sending me an email. She informed me that I and my cats are once again an issue. I clicked on this side and saw a photo of our Tiger. Someone stole it, from my homepage and proclaimed, so looks never a cat - it does not exist, and the owner from this cat has with the help of Photoshop's tinkering has made ​​a long snout and the ears were placed in the correct position. At first I had to smile, but the longer I thought about it the angrier I became - What is certainly understandable, because these people have never seen our tigers in natur. This means that you know neither me, nor our cats, but they have nothing better to do than to judge things, by which they have no idea. I would love to keep me completely away from this rumor, but that is not so simple. Whether one likes it or not, there is always someone to tell you something, and you hear the vilest slander. The Internet makes it easy! But rather than to devote themselves to the really important information, some breeders have apparently nothing else to do, than gossip in the world to set . Discussions call into being, some of which are more than ridiculous. A big topic is also always Photoshop. But seriously, is not that absurd? Each breeder knows, how time consuming this hobby is, and if you in spite of his pets (which usually exceed five cats) want to live in a clean house, then you must also plan 2 hours daily brushing time. Apart from that, I'm working every day, and use my few free time,  will  I certainly not use it to my cats to change with photomontage. Also, I would not do me any favors, because it's important for us is that all new owners pick up their baby kitten personally. We ship our kittens namely never alone by plane. First, the move means to their new home in this way less stress for our kittens, and for another, everyone can make an impression about our cattery. And all our visitors were absolutely thrilled about our cats. Many even said that our cats are even more beautiful than on the photos. Not to mention the size, because you can not see it on the pictures. Thus we are not wrongly proud about our cats, and my success speak for themselves . But who has succeed, he has also enemies - and it goes all successful breeders semilar. And this photo montage - rumors meets all which have good cats and besides a idea about photography. Here it is clear that only the envy is responsible for such blasphemous estates, and I ask myself so often why there are breeders in the scene with so much envy and jealousy?  It's "just" a hobby, which would really connect. Instead, the breeders fought with all means against each other. And friendships are usually only superficially and in the long run, unfortunately, have no existence. Also I have already made ​​the saddest experiences and a series of disappointments. In the cat breed you need a thick skin and yet you have to have his heart in the right place. One has to remain true to yourself and not be losing sight of the breeding goal. Everybody has animals paying attention and they must be treated carefully. But in terms of these things, it lacks in many catterys the necessary responsibility. Dog breeds will controlled, but unfortunately not Cat breeds. But that would be urgently needed. I'm sure, would be controlled here, would be closed a considerable number of catteries with right, and perhaps would be a lot of catterys of the big talkers among them....
